Unlike the traditional Management Consultancy approach, a Westbray Interim Manager assesses the situation, recommends one or more practical solutions and, after agreement with the client; then implements their project or programme as an integral part of the assignment. Real world deliverables mean that specific business challenge(s) get practically addressed and resolved – something which can’t be achieved through the traditional, analytical consulting role. Our team are chosen for their practical experience and skills, working with our client’s exec’s to chart new direction and deliver real bottom line value. Our Interim Managers typically work on one assignment at a time, on a full time basis, often with a pre-determined Term and clear budget.

Ian Barber
Ian contributes over 25 years of senior Media ,Telecoms, and Technology experience working with pre-money start-ups to global blue-chips. Extensive cross-functional and International exposure, including 7 years living and working outside of the UK, add context to a primary focus of Business case development, Operational trouble-shooting and optimization, Product Management and Marketing, with particular digital expertise in data networking, SaaS and WEB 2.0.
Highly commercially and technically literate, Ian has outstanding Customer, People, Process and Financial skills. Having worked for Brands such as Electronic Arts, Top Up TV, NASCAR, Cable & Wireless, British Telecom, Viatel and Alcatel at Vice President level. Ian is able to quickly assimilate the wider commercial objectives and then drive the necessary operational transformations for individual functions. Felipe Padilla
Felipe has over 20 years of working experience in the Financial, IT, Internet and Telecoms Industries across the world. He has held senior positions in Cable & Wireless, Viatel, Colt Telecom, MCI Worldcom (Verizon) and Sprint among other top organizations. Felipe combines strategic and commercial capabilities with in depth technical and operational expertise in IT, extending to Enterprise Architecture, SaaS, WEB 2.0 , Cloud Computing, IT Security, and Telco grade Voice and Data Networking.
Felipe holds a combined MBA degree from London School of Economics (LSE), New York University (Stern) and HEC (France), and a Computer Science degree from the Mexican National University (UNAM). Felipe enables our clients to deliver large scale projects and services, end to end product development, design & implementation of complex technological solutions, multi-vendor selection/negotiation, and Business Process Re-engineering. Graham Sparry
Graham brings over 15 years experience gained in the telecoms and media sectors. He has held senior management positions at a number of large blue-chip companies and has successfully recovered and delivered major IT programmes for Universal Music Publishing , BMG Music Publishing (now part of Universal), T-Mobile International and Cable & Wireless. Graham holds an MBA and an MSc(Eng) in Engineering Project Management. He is also a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Contact Graham >
Nicholas Goldberg
Since graduating in 2005 Nicholas has been involved in New Media and PR in a number of capacities. Initially recruiting specialist positions as a head hunter into Digital Media Agencies, Nicholas then decided to become more involved in Digital Media personally. He then made the switch into online journalism, writing for international motoring magazines and websites, as well as content writing and viral marketing.
Nicholas has run large scale Social and Viral marketing campaigns for such brands as Nissan Europe, JDM All-Stars, D1 Ultimate-GT, Speedway Fashion and Xcede Recruitment Solutions. Nicholas is now contributing heavily searchable SEO based written content, digital media and viral analytics for our clients to compliment their investment in developing other elements of their online brand via our expertise.

Neil Fairbrother
Neil was recognised by the Sunday Observer as one of the UK’s top 10 most innovative marketers and has over 20 years of award winning experience within the Technology, Media and Telecoms markets. Neil’s key skills are Product Management and Marketing Communications.
As a Product Management specialist, he maximises the margin from technical innovation and developments by designing and implementing New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. When assuming the role of Marketing Communications manager he communicates the benefits of technical features in the most cost effective, commerical and measurable ways; to the most relevant audience possible. He is technically aware, adept at product and services management with broad and deep experience in software, hardware, service creation and delivery.
